Same-day appointments for non-emergency concerns. Not a 24-hour emergency facility.
Same-day appointments when something feels off
When your pet is suddenly limping, vomiting, scratching nonstop, or just "not themselves," you don't want to wait days for an appointment. We hold same-day urgent slots for situations that need attention soon — but aren't true emergencies.
What urgent care covers
Common urgent visits include eye irritations, ear infections, skin issues, mild gastrointestinal upset, urinary problems, lameness, and small wounds. If we can see your pet today, we will.
When to call us first
Pick up the phone before driving in. We can often advise whether your pet needs to be seen today, can wait, or should go directly to an emergency hospital.
We are not a 24-hour emergency facility
For life-threatening situations — difficulty breathing, collapse, suspected poisoning, severe bleeding, or trauma — please go directly to a 24-hour emergency hospital. We can recommend the closest one and forward your pet's records.
After-hours guidance
Our voicemail includes the address and phone number of the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital. You're never alone with a pet crisis.
