When you bring your pet to Northside Vet, we want you both to feel calm — not hurried. That's why we don't run on tight, rigid schedules. Pets read our energy. If we're rushing, they're stressed. If we slow down, they settle.

A low-stress approach to care

Whether it's a wiggly puppy or a cat who'd rather stay in the carrier, we take the time to let them sniff, look around, and decide we're not the enemy. The exam room is stocked with treats, soft towels, and pheromone diffusers. Sometimes a visit starts with five minutes of nothing — just being in the space.

• We allow extra time for first visits and senior pets.

• You're welcome to stay in the room for most procedures.

• If your pet has a tough time at the vet, tell us — we'll plan around it.
